Please note that all submissions received will be published and attributed to the respective respondents unless they expressly request the IRBA not to do so. The IRBA further reserves the right not to publish any submission received where it considers that it is not in the public interest to do so, such as where the submission appears to be libellous, offensive or is not based on facts.
This comment paper may be downloaded free of charge by any member of the public following registration as an IAP from the IRBA website: www.irba.co.za. The approved text is published in the English language.
